In response to questions from our valued patients, we require payment at the time services are rendered.
We are not a preferred provider, HMO, or DMO. If your
plan enables you to seek care outside of their network, we will be glad to
submit a claim in your behalf. In most cases, we will be able to determine
your co-payment.
Unfortunately, we do not process claims for patients with Medicaid
coverage. Nor are we providers of Medicare services.
We are not a participant in any discount dental
services plan.
We maintain the standards as set forth in
HIPAA, which is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
